Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Proxy respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email when you make an inquiry or booking. We retain the business records needed to respond to inquiries, operate customer accounts, and process payments. Optional usage analytics help us improve our services when you allow them.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process bookings, respond to inquiries, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Analytics and Privacy Choices

When enabled and allowed through Privacy choices, PostHog receives page visits, selected button interactions, and confirmed business actions. Signed-in activity uses an internal account identifier. Analytics payloads exclude form entries, private messages, document contents, and secret URL parameters. A preference cookie remembers your choice for up to 90 days.

You can separately allow sampled, masked session replays on approved marketing and onboarding pages. Documents, payments, identity verification, and private messaging are excluded from recording. Replay stays disabled until its configuration and usage allowance have been verified.

Advertising measurement is another optional choice. When a verified advertising connection is enabled, campaign and click identifiers can connect a confirmed conversion with Google or Meta. Campaign attribution uses a 90-day lookback. Choosing necessary only stops optional analytics and advertising measurement without preventing use of Proxy. Use Privacy choices to change your selection at any time.
